✅ Returns

To be eligible for a return:

You have 15 calendar days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

 

    • Your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it.

    • It must also be in the original packaging.

Include your order number, item details, and reason for return.

📦 Returns are at the buyer’s cost unless the item is faulty or incorrect.


Non-returnable Items

 

    • Opened hygiene items (e.g., personal care products)

    • Mystery Boxes & Mystery Pallets

    • Items returned after the 15-day period

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection.


💰 Refunds

If approved:
A refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

If rejected:
You’ll be notified with a reason and your item may be sent back to you.


🕐 Late or Missing Refunds

 

    • Check your bank account again

    • Contact your credit card company (posting delays may apply)

    • Then contact your bank — refunds can take time to appear

Only regular-priced items are eligible for a refund.
Sale items are non-refundable.


🔁 Exchanges

We only offer exchanges for items that are damaged or defective due to our handling or during delivery.

To request an exchange:

 

    • Contact us within 3 days of delivery

    • Provide photo evidence showing the issue occurred before use

❗ No exchanges will be offered for items damaged due to misuse, wear and tear, or improper handling after delivery.


🚚 Shipping Returns

To return your product, contact our customer service team first.
We’ll provide the correct return address and instructions.

You will be responsible for return shipping unless the item is faulty.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If your refund is approved, the return shipping cost may be deducted from your refund.

If returning an item worth over £20, we recommend:

 

    • Using a tracked delivery service

    • Purchasing shipping insurance

We cannot guarantee we’ll receive your returned item unless it is tracked.


🛑 Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.

To cancel, email us immediately after placing your order.
If the item has already shipped, follow the return process instead.
